Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueISunday October 3rd went to get a Gel Manicure and a lady started removing the polish and saw that I had a gel tip underneath I asked for that to be removed and only do gel polish, she left and a gentleman comes and takes over the service and he just filed the nail I asked if he was going to remove the previous gel tip and said it was gonna be ok once he applied the color, when he started applying the color it started to look messy and splotchy and I told him that it didn’t look right , he was rushing me through the whole service when the salon was totally empty. He started mixing colors on my nails colors that I didn’t even picked and calmly i said to him just to remove it and leave it like that i was already very frustrated. And he left my nails looking dry and all white and didn’t file them right and had the Audacity to charge me $20. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS NEED AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT.
