Wow is all I can say. EXTREMELY rude, unfriendly, and rushed. It was so uncomfortable. While im particular, I am very kind, and very clear what I want.

They are rude, unfriendly and not customer-oriented. My mom and I went into this salon with hopes of me getting a regular manicure. We entered the salon and stood at the front desk for more than five minutes before one of the four workers acknowledged us. Two of them were acting like they were busy even though they were not helping anyone. When one of them finally acknowledged us, I said that I needed a manicure. She said that I needed an appointment. We left after my mom gave them a curt chat about ignoring us. We are people of color and I do not want to outright accuse them of racism.

Most of the staff is friendly. The lady I got wasn’t. She didn’t greet me or tell me where to sit. Another lady did that for me. The water was barely tepid and was cool by the time the pedi was over. Hand and foot massage were both very short and obviously an inconvenience for her. She also didn’t trim my cuticles. They aren’t bad but coming out of winter I have an old hang nail that catches. I don’t like to whine but it was an annoying experience.

I also asked how much would it be for other services added on if I needed to pay extra in order to get a polish change. Long story short they made me feel so uncomfortable I just walked out. Good experience! I went during my lunch break and they were able to do a mani and pedi at the same time. Good color selection. Let me tip on the card but had a sign up that said, cash tip only. They didn’t give me a hard time about it all. Very clean. Very professional. Nothing over the top in terms of luxury or massage, but on par with other places in the area that charge $50 for mani/pedi.

I was there TWO days ago and received a dip manicure. It was clear that it was this technicians first attempt, or one of her first. For the base, she put it on all nails instead of one at a time and discovered this when trying to dio my nail for the base. She removed it from one nail and repainted it for the remaining. THEN my nails were not filed evenly and she never asked me what shape I wanted. THEN she bumped and messed up in two spots that she never re did, instead tried to cover it up. You can still see those spots now that it is finished. LASTLY my nail chipped two days later. It is a dip manicure. THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO CHIP FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. Worse 50$ spent.

While clean and beautifully decorated, the place itself doesn’t offer more than other nail salons have to offer, besides higher prices. I couldn’t see anywhere a list of prices, not online, not at the location. A regular pedicure $35 and a maniacure $15 but no packages. I simply found the place pricey and overrated but if you got the money, go ahead!

Lady was knocked out on the chair and then when I asked to be serviced, I was turned away because they didn’t want to soak off my current acrylic nails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t go here!!!
