We reserved the VIP section for my daughters 7th birthday, the moment we walked in the door they had someone ready to take care of each of us. I was a bit nervous with how the staff would interact with my young children, since this isn’t necessarily a children’s place at all. They were AMAZING. Patient, kind and just an overall incredible experience for my daughter and our family. We never felt rushed, or like we were a burden at all. We all received pedicures and a few had nails done as well. I would recommend this location over and over! They allowed us to bring in our own food and drinks (although we didn’t even need our own drinks- because they offered them to us the second we sat in our chairs!) Thank you queens nails, for making my daughters birthday so special!

Edit: The tech that they stuck me with did a sub par job. Didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut down. Never used a tool. Did nothing with my cuticles, never used a file. I really just had to pay almost $50 for this service with the tip that I gave even though I am unhappy. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was anything but relaxing. My manicure needed to be done badly, but I’m so upset with this place right now that I just canceled the manicure and left.

Worst pedicure of my life. Wasn’t offered anything to drink to begin with, the lady rushed through the whole pedicure and left my feet feeling just as rough as when I walked in, I’m sorry but for $62 for a pedicure the experience should have been way better. Went here today with my friend, Nina was awesome!! I got a black to white sns dip ombre. My friends nail tech was a guy, he kinda tried to change what my friend wanted and then he kinda halfway did it bc he didn’t want to it seemed. She got nude sns dip with black gel designs. The design was the only part he messed up on. Overall we are happy with our experience. Both sets together was $130
