I use to have my laser hair removal from this place years ago when i lived in queens NY. Then i had to move to London U.K for personal reasons. I tried a few places in London but absolutly hated it, and as i have a lifetime condition called PCOS i must be on top of my treatments even if its once a year. Believe it or not but this place and staff are so good i flew all the way from the UK just to have my treatment, and its worth every penny and worth the very long flight. I just had a treatment today and i got to New York only yesterday, and plan to stay for a week so i can have another treatment before i leave. The lady is a gem! Makes me feel very comfortable, goes an extra mile to make sure im happy and always does a little extra for me, which she really doesnt have too.

Very professional and very clean. The laser treatment was very effective, I had 3 treatments done to remove the hairs on my chin. After my first session there was a noticeable difference, I felt super confident and less self conscious. Did my face and underarm with Alisha at the Lefferts Blvd location and i got excellent service, she was very sweet and patient. I had to wait a few minutes for her to come but she made up for it, as a customer courtesy she give me the ice pack for free since now they charge for it. She went the extra mile to make me feel very comfortable, everything was well sanitize before use. I greatly recommend Alisha as your specialist, she takes her job seriously.

I’ve been going to layla since 2014 for laser treatments in multiple areas, at the end of each treatment the results are phenomenal. The staff is very helpful and professional. Layla is always providing me with information about skin care, routines and products that are extremely helpful.
