I had booked this place for hair and makeup for my baby shower. I booked it about a month in advance. They took my information over the phone. I told them I’ll arrive at 10:30 a.m. as my event starts at 1:00. On 9/24, I show up at 10:30 only to be told by the girl that does eyebrows that the hair/make up person hasn’t been “feeling well” for over a week and isnt coming in today. I was told that they tried to get a hold of me at my mothers land line as her number was the only one they had (my mom calls from the landline to make her eye brow appt). Now they know I do not live with my mother!! My mother’s landline isn’t a used line. When I asked why they didn’t call me, I was told they didn’t have my number. So apparently they never wrote down my information when I made the booking!! So now it’s 11:00 and I have no hair and make up person for my shower that starts in 2 hours. You can imagine the stress level I was dealing with, specially as a pregnant woman!! I do not wish this on anyone! Take your business elsewhere where they won’t leave you high and dry at the last minute!! Unfortunately I have a prepaid eyebrow card from this place so I’ll be going there JUST to redeem the card value. Other than that, I’m done with this place!!! Do not recommend.

Unlike other salons Queens Beauty Parlor does not over sell their services. They are genuine and care about their clients. Whether it’s hair or getting ready for a wedding or just feel like being pampered with their amazing facial services not to mention how gentle the ladies are when getting routine waxing done. They are the dream of someone who is budget friendly without compromising on quality. I highly recommend women to give them a chance. You will not get better service and their prices are jaw dropping! Unlike other salons Queens Beauty Parlor does not over sell their services. They are genuine and care about their clients. I found this new place in Google. My regular eyebrow place was closed today and I am traveling tomorrow so I had to do it. I generally don’t explore new places when it comes to my eyebrows but I had no other choice. I am so glad that I did. Very nicely set up, clean place but most importantly the service was excellent. Farzana was very professional, experienced in what she does, and friendly. I hope to see this place flourish and definitely I’m going there every other week. Highly recommend!!

I love this place. If i could give it a 10 i would. All the women in my family come here for our wax, eyebrow threading and hair cuts. The spa is super clean, and the girls are friendly. Also the wax they use is for sensitive skin and they have never burned me.

I rarely ever give reviews. But felt compelled this time. I’ve been waxing for over 20 years. I was referred to this place by a friend. I was reluctant because I have been going to UniK Wax for years. I decided to give them a chance. The aesthetian here, Farjana, was by far the best. She was knowledgeable about skincare. She gave information about in-grown hair, suggestions to avoid them, and performed a painless waxing experience. All while making me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable position (as you ladies can relate). They definitely have a new client.

I’ve known the woman that works here for years her name is Farzana. She does an amazing job being friendly and polite to you. She takes good care of you when giving you haircut or facial and i would recommend her to anyone.

No other place compares! Farjana is the best at what she does. I go to her for Brazilian Waxing and she never ceases to amaze me. She’s kind, professional and makes sure she gets everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! 🙂 There’s plenty of parking on the street . First timers will get hooked!
