I’ve been a regular here since the last 4-5 years. I’ve been to numerous nail spas and the common problem is that they don’t understand exactly what we want. But thanks to Queenies clear menu and pricing- it’s easy to communicate. And they do a great job. I’ve always loved my pedicures here. I’ve also recently tried the sugaring wax and it was super effective. The prices are a little on the expensive side but it’s worth it. It’s super easy to call and book and appointment as well. Would go back as always!

Queenie’s offers much more than traditional nail services. I scheduled a Mani/Pedi with Jenny and Lan and a one-hour facial from Cindy. First off, the employees are all very professional and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I crossed the threshold and offered a bottle of water while my station was prepared. I was seated almost instantly. The Mani/Pedi was flawless. Jenny and Lan were both personable and communicated well throughout the service. The ice cream I was offered just before completion was the cherry on top. As for the facial, so relaxing. The newly-remodeled facial room provides a warm, intimate, and tranquil retreat to just close your eyes and relax without disturbance. Cindy gave a soothing and rejuvenating facial with products from Eminence Organic Skin Care. I only have one word to describe Eminence: WOW! From the textures to the scents (especially the chocolate masque), every application was its own experience. Cindy was also very attentive to the tension I held in my arms and shoulders. I didn’t want to open my eyes or leave the room when she was done, but my skin felt light, clean, and refreshed when I did. I felt instantly ten years younger and am already anticipating my next appointment. Five stars!

Disliked the shape of the French tip. Has a 2 day policy, but was just told it would be $45 to get them redone after paying $65 yesterday for this even though I asked for a French tip that was not that long and ended up with these. Won’t be back and just will wear these until they fall off.

I’ve been going to Queenie’s Nail Spa for years of and on since it’s opening. They’ve always provided quality service and with extra attention to your nails as you get your manicure and pedicure done. I recently had a gel manicure done with Tammy and I am so happy with my nails. She did a fantastic job removing my old dip nails with extra care and attention. She was so precise with my gel manicure that the shape of my nails and the polish looked perfect. Of all the places I’ve been to for nails, nothing beats the service and quality that you get from this nail salon!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter went here with her friend to get their nails done for homecoming. They charged her $103 for a new gel set with a design. $103!!!! I said, did you get a pedicure? She said no. I said, did they give you a manicure and clip your cuticles? She said no. So why the hell did they charge her so much. They didn’t even do a good job. The gel doesn’t go to the bottom of the nail and they left polish on the side of her finger. They are taking advantage of teens that come in. I wanted to take her back and talk to the manager but she wouldn’t let me. So my advice is to go to eclipse on McKee instead. But if you do decide to go here, ask them upfront what they will be charging you because this is ridiculous.
