I’ve only had my nails done professionally a few times, because I’m very self conscious about my short nails and my ‘clubbed’ thumbs. Lee did an AMAZING job making my nails something I want to show off! She asked about all my preferences and helped me make a decision about the shape, based on the length I wanted and the shape of my nails. I am thrilled with the results, can’t wait to come back more often!! Also: brought my boyfriend in to get a spa pedicure with me, and we both had very positive and relaxing experiences.

Vincent is my go to for my dip manicure he knows exactly the shape I like,never does me wrong. I was doing some research on a good nail salon to do dip nails and queenie nails came up with really great reviews so I gave it a shot and it’s been probably more than year and I hadn’t regretted it once. Vincent is my go to for my dip manicure he knows exactly the shape I like,never does me wrong. The picture I posted is about 5 weeks since my last manicure as you can see it looks pretty good for the length of time.

By far my favorite nail salon in Dedham/Westwood. Very clean, the staff is friendly and great at what they do. I’ve become a loyal customer! I recommend making an appointment, because they are always busy (another testament to how great they are).

Do not waste your time or your money here.. you will make an appointment and still sit for 20 minutes when you come in.. Amy is a hack and screamed at me in a salon in front of everyone when I told her I wasn’t happy with the nails that I was about to have to pay $70 for.. Will never send my clients here again

I messaged Queenie Nails about doing a pink & white fill in, they responded quickly and got me booked. The salon is clean and welcoming. They have tons of colors for gel and SNS. Julie did my pink & white fill in and she did an awesome job. Definitely a great salon, and will be back when I come in town again.

My 15 year old cousin just had her worst experience at this place where she faced discrimination. She has a disability where her joints aren’t able to fully be straight and when they called her up to do her nails the guy took one look at her nails, drilled one finger and gave up. He got up and went to talk to the other workers and made it very obvious that he was talking about her hands. He went about it in a completely wrong way. Once about three or four of the workers got up to see her hand they said that they couldn’t work on her hands bc they can’t straighten out, (even though when you get your nails done they are held and worked on at a angle), and she repeatedly told them she had gotten acrylics done before and wouldn’t do something that would hurt her, but still they didn’t want to do it. There was only one lady that wanted to give her a chance but she didn’t know how to do acrylics so we are grateful for her but besides that it was not a good experience and very unjust on their part.

My first times coming were two consecutive days— the first for a friend’s birthday and the second to repair a nail I had broken bowling on my friend’s birthday. Both times were fantastic; both times I came as a walk-in. I don’t often get my nails done, but this experience was FAR superior to any times I had previously visited a salon. Went here for the first time and I’m very impressed! I had Jessica as my technician and she was very sweet. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure this visit. The pedicure was great and very thorough. The gel nails she was very precise and particular and really took her time to make sure they were perfect. I always feel so rushed at salons and this was the first time where I felt like I could actually relax! After the manicure she gave me an incredible neck massage. It’s worth it to go just for that. Plus they have SO many gel polishes! If you like dip they did have a good amount for that as well. I recommend going here!

My acrylic manicure was uneven, sloppy, and very bumpy. The women helping me was very nice, but seemed to be very inexperienced with nails. The nails used were too big for my nails and she never asked me what shape I wanted. It was a cute place, but I probably won’t go back considering I paid $50 for an awful job.

To top this awful experience off is that not even a week later my nail has already broken. Will never recommend or be back. If you want to spend the same money but get 100% better quality- go to sky spa in Norwood.
