I had the worst experience a few days ago at Queen Bee. I paid for a pedicure with gel polish and the extra callus remover. The nail tech was unprofessional and so rude to me. She actually yelled at me when I asked her to make sure my toes were even and handed me the nail file. She said “here, you do it”. My toes look horrible. When I asked to speak to the manager she said they aren’t available and that if I wasn’t happy they would refund the additional 15 dollar gel charge. I paid 63 dollars.

My friend went here yesterday to get her nails done for prom. They absolutely ruined her nails. The acrylics are crooked and uneven, THEY’RE NOT EVEN THE SAME LENGTH. The acrylic was bumpy and crooked. They were white coffin nails that were short. Like it’s such a simple design how do you mess that up? They paid $80 dollars and for that much the nails should’ve been decent but they’re awful. She also got her toes done and that was the only thing they managed to do correctly. Don’t come here

Worst nail place ever!!! I was refer by a closed friend, extremely excited to try them out! As soon as I walked in it was a poorly service. I requested for a full set and the lady on table #13 gave me whatever she wanted!!! A refill when I clearly told her a new set. I don’t like to complain so I left it like that. Once arriving home my nail was lifting already! What less than 30 mins? Never again!!!
