I called first thing in the morning to see if they had a massage available. I was told yes and that I could just walk in, I tried to make a time appointment and was told they were not busy, I could just walk in. So I do, and then I was told to call by someone who did not speak English, so I tried to explain that I did and I was told to walk in. She didn’t understand so we kept saying the same things to each other for about 5 minutes before she finally understood and then was like OK 30 minutes, I said no 1 hour, she says no 30 minutes only, so I walked out. To the owner, a little piece of advice for a successful business, when someone calls asking for an appointment just make the appointment for them. This way you won’t end up with bad reviews.
