I cannot APPRECIATE all the work Sammy, MY LADY!!!, has done for me with not only nails, but confidence! Not knowing what I was getting into, cause nails was NEVER me, she was sooooo patient with me and she explained the process and all that went into styles. Nice place. They offered a glass of wine. Massage chairs were nice.. My friend and I went on a Sunday afternoon and they were packed. She had made a reservation but it still took a little while for a technician. Quinn and Ryan did my nails. Quinn did a great massage and Ryan was quick!

Visiting Austin for a concert and 3 of my nails broke! Came here in distress looking specifically for Apres Gel X. Jacky hooked me up for a good price. Since I was only repairing 3 nails I wasn’t charged the full price and I appreciated that!!!

The techs were gossiping about us the whole time.. She kept looking away while talking to the tech next to her and laughing. The design looks bad, and she cut my real nail badly along with some of my skin. Thankfully, I’m back home and will get them removed tomorrow. This taught me not to go to places I’ve never been to get services done. Such a waste of $80.
