I can’t really say anything about the services. I called on Friday and she checked her dates of availability and schedule me for Sunday. Due to schedule conflicts my appointment was canceled 12 hours before my appointment which was 8:00 the next day. I had to call up some one 8:30 that night to get another appointment on such short notice. I normally would go to Fayetteville NC to get my hair done but decided to use someone local to save me a trip ,but now I know . I will stick with what I know. I’m not saying services were bad it would have been nice to know earlier in the day it was a schedule conflict instead of at night .

Aija and Akiesha are caring, patient, and skilled. Aija is unlike any other stylist because she understands the chemistry of hair AND she goes out of her way to educate clients about their unique hair texture and the care that it needs to thrive. Akiesha stepped in to dye my hair that had been colored multiple times already and despite other salons refusing to touch it, she did an amazing job correcting the color! I cannot speak highly enough of these two. If you are looking for a new stylist, look no further!

This was my first time going to a salon in about 3-4 years. I went in there for a trim and a blow out. She charged me $120. She gave me layers, and seriously heat damaged my natural hair. THIS WAS THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I feel like she up charged me for her previous client cancelling and now my hair smells like a burnt perm. I’m never going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a full sew in. The owner Jeanette did it. Looked horrible. Took 3 hours to sew in two packs of hair . Then she tell me I need another pack. You could see tracks on top of my head even after the third pack. Hair could not hang correctly. It was the worst sew in I have ever had!!!! I paid her $175 .
