Bukky washed, conditioned & blow dried my hair after I just took off a frontal wig. I still had glue on my edges but she took her time & prepped my natural hair for my braids. I got butt length, small/medium box braids for only $300 including all my services. I would like to add that the salon is very clean and the ladies had impeccable customer service skills. I will be returning! 10/10 I do recommend.

I walked into this hair salon and I was glad I did, I got the knotless braids and it was nearly done. This is the best ever hair salon I have been to, they welcomed me politely, the cleanest hair braiding salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is pure. I’m making this my permanent braiding salon. Will surely be coming back in two week to get my hair done again. Thank you so much for making beautiful and happy.

I have been to queen nest hair braiding the first two times my hair looked amazing so I want back today for two layer cornrows I show the hairstylist the picture and Kenny said ok she called Dee to do my hair this was the worse experience ever to coach her through doing my hair the part is crooked they are not two layer cornrows I stressed several times to the hairstylist she was not doing it right Kenny also came over to show her and she still didn’t get it right my hair looks like this . I love this spot and always used them but unfortunately today when I came in at 8:30 my appointment time someone else was sitting in the chair. I was so upset because I schedule my appointment and they gave me that time. The lady said her manager schedule a 8:30 too and she didn’t know. Why have people make appointments if your going to double book and I was ON TIME. I even told the lady I could come early and she said no because she doesn’t come in until 8:30. Extremely unprofessional, and I couldn’t get my daughter hair done..smh

This is probably my 3rd or 4th time coming here to get my hair done. Most of time they do really well. This time I’m not satisfied when I got home it was strings of hair that was sticking out my hair also the zig zag part was not matching with the other parts. I feel like my hair was rushed. Then at the end she tries to do edges that I had to redo that I did not like. I feel like you should ask your customers do they want edges or not before starting there hair and if you don’t know how don’t try on there head. I had got 4 feed in which I also feel like was over priced because I ask for zig zag parts for $65. When ask around to other shops I should have only paid $45. Also as I’m paying she tries to make it $68 which I had to correct. This not the first time I had to correct her on pricing. I don’t think I will come back after this experience.
