I usually don’t post reviews but I unfortunately will not be returning. I was a last minute walk in so I do understand there was a bit of a time crunch. One of my acrylics was lifting and one was broken but it was to the length I wanted so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I was more so annoyed I couldn’t do anything with my hand without the risk of ripping off my entire nail.

Absolutely the worst. A terrible technician who gave me a mediocre pedicure and had to be replaced halfway through a physically painful manicure. I paid for a terrible job that chipped a day later despite technician 2 “guaranteeing” it wouldn’t in response to my questions about it. Furious I was duped so bad and treated so poorly. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very friendly and easy to make appointments. My first pedicure after foot surgery and the massage was incredible! Walked out feeling energized, thanks to their scrubs. My gel manicure was perfect. Thank you for your meticulous work. Cannot wait to come back.

It was horrible had to come back twice to get a pedicure done right my toenails were cut off too short and they were cut cricket I wanted to get my nails done the same day but I decided against it cuz I didn’t want the same girl working on me I called to tell them that I needed to get them fixed in to make another appointment and they made that and I assumed I’m talking to the lady I guess she’s that runs the place cuz I talked her on the way out and said that I would like her to fix what she the girl did wrong I got yeah yeah yeah well it didn’t happen that way I came in and bought her a gift and you know thank you for taking the extra time for doing that she took that and then didn’t even come out to talk to me I sat there for over 20 minutes to half hour before the hostess chick what I was waiting for I told her and then she went back and then told me she was booked mind you I had appointment.!So some guy stepped up to the plate he fixed my toes and I had him do my nails very very nice!! but the two of the toenails that he had to fix fell off later that nite..I gave him a 18.00 tip plus the $40.00 gift that I gave the Boss lady. She should have given back the gift . Than the guy would have gotten more tip. Plus wait for your tip till u finish painting my nails if him and her did not right in front of me discuss the tip that was not done yet he would have received more , plus the wait hey ignored I want a gel gel polish I didn’t get it and I had to sit there for 15 minutes underneath the dryer I was humiliating and it was so wrong of them my advice don’t go back either you’re going to get somebody to know what they’re doing or somebody’s going to be rude doing it good. And hey lady I know you’re going to read this you should give me back my gift

The owner is very rude and ungrateful to the customers. I live here and been there a few times and see how condescending she is. If the customer is late she will rudely remind them and if you can’t make your appointment she rudely complains but she thinks it’s okay for the customers that have appointments to have to wait on her? Also instead of harassing the customers she needs to clean the store because its unsanitary. Never will go back!
