The ladies are nice but there is one man who works there who is not nice. He gives such a mean look. Like he doesn’t want to service poc. Every time I sit at his station he doesn’t greet me and he’s very rough. He doesn’t even make eye contact and it makes the whole experience uncomfortable. During my last service I watched how he greeted other customers but he never greets me or my sister. We both have been going to this nail salon for over 7 years. Kim was amazing and I’ve only gone back to queen nails because of her but she’s no longer there. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Guy who did mine(never had seen him in there before) was more focused on his phone then he was his job, didn’t do a top coat, was rough with everything especially the drill, the polish on one of my toes doesn’t even cover it all and it looked extremely patchy. Then proceeded to use an already open packet of lotion on me that had looked like it already been used.

Not happy with my service I don’t care how much I paid I went in a week ago on Sunday June 11 at 240pm and left at 5pm right when it closed. Angelica was okay she was rushing and I liked how she explained the nails but I did not like the polish it was nail polish for French tip only so I could tell it didn’t get a full cover. She didn’t trim my nails or clean them she rushed and forgot about my glitter on my toes. If I’m going to spend 90$ on a mani and pedi I’ll just go to the owner and have her do it. I literally Hate my nails they’re uneven they’re sloppy and I won’t ever go there again. My toe for some reason needed up getting bumps on the gel and she only re did it once and just left it like that. Never again.
