Went with my mother five days ago and my mother had her set started ten minutes before my set and the woman closest to the door rushed through my set, finished my set before my mother’s. She didn’t put the right color on my set that i had picked, she chose something somewhat close to it, failed to trim my natural nail before starting my set, and didn’t apply any pressure at all to the mail after gluing it on, it is the fifth day today and already half my set is already about to fall off and it looked like i needed a fill already by the third day. Very Unpleased and was not worth 100$ that i paid. Will never return nor recommend to ANYONE. She should be let go of as an employee so she can go get more practice at a school.

If I could give this zero stars i would. ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE THAT CAN EXIST. I simply went in to get my acrylics taken off you’d think that it would go without any problems. This lady I did not get her name but she proceeds to rip off my acrylics instead of soaking them off because I came in 30 minutes before closing. So instead of properly taking off my nails she decided to proceed to rip them off first two came off no problem then she ripped my third nail off as you can see in the picture. She wouldn’t even let me see my nail she very quickly decided to put nail glue on it and then proceeded to try and cover up her mistake. I was preoccupied with my friend who had came with me and didn’t notice until later. After she ripped off my nail she switched methods and decided to soak off the rest of them which she should’ve done in the first place. The worst part. She wouldn’t give me my money back. I had paid her in advance so I didn’t have to hold the cash on me and when I asked for my money back she refused saying that things happen like that all the time. I honestly feel like she should be fired. Her negligence as a nail technician is absolutely terrible. I’ve never had this happen. And I would NEVER come back.

I have been here several times but will not be back! I was placed in a chair with standing water! The lady turned on the chair which I don’t like! And she had me practically laying down. I turned it off. She did not cut my nails short enough nor the corners but did cut my toe! Seems she’s new to the business! Also the prices went up by $10 in a month!!
