Been coming off and on to queens nails for over 15+ years. Service is always pleasant and enjoyable. Technicians are friendly and make sure to make you feel welcomed. There’s usually never a long wait, I prefer to get my pedicures done here. They always last a long time and the Technicians always do a great job. The full sets however are not my favorite. The variety of nail designs are minimal and the longevity of the full set is not up to par. But overall not bad and they do have 10% off and a stamp card for frequent visits. Overall I give 4 stars

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLena got to do my nails today and she was very good at what she did. I got a gel mani. This is the worst nail salon ever. It is absolutely filthy. The owner is so rude. I came in for a simple pedicure, waited over a half hour i freezing cold water when I was told two minutes. The person who did my feet cut me twice, and infected one of my toes. Do not go here. This placed should be closed. Pedicure
