Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI did my nails two hours before my flight to vacation, it was a full set for my hand (manicure and powder) after one week in my vacation all my nails started to fall and I just had pretty nails only one week in my vacation!! After I came back from vacation I went there and told the owner lady that I all my 10 fingers nail fell started one week after the vacation she told me you took them yourself to come and not pay for your mail again!! She said they can’t do anything I should pay the full amount like any other person and she was screaming while saying these!! She accused me of pulling all my nails and lying! Don’t go to this place I’ve been doing this powder nail for the last 20 years I never had experience that all of them fall after one week maybe one or two not all of them! They’re so unprofessional! Customer service is awful! If you want to do nail powder DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! This was my 1st time here. It’s nice that no appointment is necessary. I went for a pedi. Once I got home, I noticed that the edges of my nails were sharp, So no attention to detail. The rough spots still looked rough even though I paid extra to soften my calluses. The nail polish was sloppy. I went there because I didn’t want to drive far. Next time I will drive a little farther for a quality pedi.

The manicurist took his time with my fill & gel, I’m glad but didn’t completely gel one of my nails even after 2 coats, I might go back if I’m in Montebello, I’m losing hope in finding a nail place that actually cares about doing a good job:) We will see

They do a good job with pedicure. I did my hand nails once and I didn’t end up liking them. I only go for the pedicure.

Been going here with my mother and grandmother for over 1 year already! Great service and very friendly! Jimmy does the best airbrush and lynn always knows what colors i like. I let them choose for me and im satisfied every time! They even have the mood nail polish and the new metalic powder!!!

Take your money and go elsewhere, the owner here is a RUDE MF. Had a full set done12 days ago and 3 nails already lifted. I noticed that alot of the clients are older females who probably can’t see the imperfections of the job these people are doing. Paint job on my toes was awful!

I really didn’t like my nails at all it looks like I got them done a week ago way over priced it’s so embarrassing I must take them off I’m going back to have them fix it cause I paid $30 it’s not free and the guy isn’t friendly at all he might be in the wrong business
