This is less than 24 hours after my manicure. The entire experience felt rushed. I received a manicure and pedicure in about 30 minute, maybe less My daughter was in with me and although we started at the same time with the same services, I was finished easily 10 minutes before her. When I was taken to the station to dry, the light that is supposed to come on for your hands did not and it wasn’t a for the concern for the technician. I was done, she was moving on. The shop was not busy, no one was waiting so I don’t know what the hurry was. I consider these services a treat to myself. I will be treating myself somewhere else.

I love this place. After my left Epic fail at Enso nails yesterday with my pedicure I decided to do some research on other nail salons near me and discovered this place. The reviews and pics of work were on point. Got here and was greeted with smiles, given a beverage and given a great customer service experience. Got a full set solid color here done last week. Quick service. However, I was not greeted when I walked in. The used a nail drill on my natural nail which is a big no for my nails. My nail tech while doing the monomer and acrylic at one point wiped his brush off on his shirt and kept going ?!? Didn’t even sanitize or anything. Also used a nail drill on my cuticles. My nails look nice but I won’t be coming here again.

I have been a recurring customer here over the last year and normally would give this salon 4 stars, but after my most recent experience I will not be returning. My brother and I arrived and asked for 2 manicures and both signed in as instructed. After a bit of a wait they call me, and then every other person (all women/female-presenting) who arrived after us. By the 90 minute mark, I am done with my appointment and no one has said a word to my brother. I had to remind them we requested 2 services and only then did they acknowledge him, but we were unwilling to spend any more time or money at a business that doesn’t prioritize inclusivity.

Insisted on giving me super long nails after i repeatedly asked for shorter.of course they charge by the length ensuring she could get the most money from me. I ended up not even being able to afford the design which would have been an additional 50 that she didn’t tell me about. I will have to go another salon just to get them fixed. They lost a customer for sure. Don’t go here!!!! Spent 150 and didn’t even get a design. They are super rude too.
