Came in for a fill in. The lady linh was very rude and unprofessional. All my nails are badly shape and she refuse to do what i asked for. After telling her i didn’t like my nails she proceeded to ask me why and still ignore doing what i asked her to do. Not only that she drop the brush she was using on the floor picked it up and continue to work on my head after that she drop the buffer cube on the floor picked that up and continue to work like it never happened. I went in with nice nails left with the same thing i had but extremely worst. Never again!!!!

The guy in this store really did a poor job and service(probably he’s the owner). No proper communication at all. He’s even use the polish tool scratch on my skin and made a wound on it. The he trim the shape of nails after the dipping layers and finishing done( are you kidding me?? ) No surprise my nail chipped that easy. Poor service ever.

This was my first time coming in but definitely not my last! Amy killed it, these are so gorgeous. Her shaping is to die for and she’s pretty quick. Most people think if you can do it quick then you’re just rushing through but trust me she has skill. It cost about $10 more than other salons I’ve been to but honestly those other salons didn’t make me as happy as Queen nails did so the extra $10 is worth it.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for homecoming at the last minute. Amy did her nails and did such a good job and did exactly what my daughter wanted. I knew that I wanted to come and get my nails done by her. I’m glad I did because Amy did exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with them. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Amy

It was overcharged and on top of that I do tip out of frbut of gratitude although the experience was not very pleasant but now we are very upset we ended up with infected fingers.
