On October 14, 2022 I went to Queen’s nails in Americus, GA for a manicure and gel polish. The service was awkward because the lady was kind of rude while being there. I didn’t say anything about it. While at dinner the same night my gel nail completely messed up on one nail, everyone knows gel polish isn’t suppose to mess up. I took a picture of said nail and went back to the nail place on Monday when they were open again before heading out of town for a week. The door said they were open, they were not open. I went out of town as planned and about 3 days after getting back I went back to the nail place, not mad or upset. I told them I was there for pedicure with gel polish and a manicure with gel polish. One of the lady’s sat me in the pedicure chair and I preceded to tell her about the incident from over a week before and showed her the picture with the date on picture. She said “I will take care of it”. She gave me the service I asked for. Once she was finished she told me it would be $80. I asked her nicely if she was going to take care of the issue I showed her on my phone before she started. She walked away and ignored me, sent a man to the register. The man told me it would be $80 and I tried to explain to him the issue (I was nice about it). He sent a lady up front which happen to be the lady that did my nails on the 14th. I then explained to her everything from the 14th, showed her a picture and then told her about the lady saying she was going to take care of the issue I had on the 14th. She said “there’s nothing we can do about that”. I asked her why? She walked off and ignored me. The man said again it will be $80. I handed him my stamp card from Queen’s and my debit card and told him I wouldn’t be back. When he grabbed both cards at one time the stamp card fell out of his hand and yelled at me and in front of all the customers “you don’t throw anything at me”. I told him I didn’t. I handed them at the same time. I kept my composure like a lady said and left. This service is unacceptable to have to pay for. Two weeks after the incident my daughter walked into to get her nails done and he said you aren’t allowed here because of your Mom. I wasn’t with her today and she wasn’t with me on either of the incidents at the nail place.

They charge WAAAYYY too much! $75 for a freaking fill-in is ridiculous and then to stand there and they look at you and laugh then speak in their language, little sus if you ask me!!! but it’s ok because they just lost our business! I knew we should have stuck to Sally’s!

Did an ok job on nails (dip powder) but was charged $50. Have never been charged that much and the posted price on the sign inside the salon says $35. When I inquired about why I paid an extra $15 the lady said it was because I got round shape, which I did not ask for. That’s just what the tech did. I didn’t ask for any specific shape. Also my nails are super short so it’s not like they were long, as I could understand an extra charge for longer nails. Won’t go back.

Only went in to get a pedicure as the two women with me were getting their Nails done. No issues were reported and they were both very happy with the work. I just got the basic pedi and it took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Prices are a tad bit higher here, but the place is aesthetically more pleasing with the Greek theme and decor. Equipment/Pedi chairs are in New condition and the place was exceedingly clean and well maintained. Will definitely come next time I’m in the area.

Went in and asked for basic manicure. Just wanted clear coat polish. Technician was below average, file she used had been used a number of times before by looks of it. She was on her cell phone many times during the manicure. Charged $25.00. Will NEVER go back.

I will not use this Nail Salon ever again! Let’s just say….I never thought I would suffer a first degree burn on my thumb ever from getting my nails done! I wish there was a way to give zero stars because 1 star is too much!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid $78 for my nails and toes. My gel polish on my toes was coming off that same night. My nails was very thin, they broke that same night also. I called in that next morning to get them fix but the “manger” was very rude and didn’t want to fix them. I will NEVER come back, they do a awful job.

Critical: Quality, Valuei got my nails done, simple black and pink nails, and they were 55. my sisters were exactly like mine just with different colors, no designs and were 65 and my other sisters who got long simple white nails, 70. and one of my nails came off when i went on tuesday the 20th. it’s the 25th. poor quality for such an expensive price.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been coming here since they opened, but are looking for a new place. There are always new people there, very few who understands what you are saying. When you tip its expected, no thank yous!!I tip generously, but I will not again. The place is showing it’s wear and tear, it is getting dirty! The pedicure is fine for the most time, but I have had several times where incompetent guys have cut my toes, and yelled that I jerked my foot, while the owner is just sitting there listening, no action on her part!! I have made appointments, and arrived in good time only to find a salon full of customers, and the wait is just as long. What a joke to make an appointment!!
