I love this place and am a loyal customer. They make you feel welcomed. Are very eager to get you taken care of right away. My two favorite nail technicians are the gentleman at the last station and the young lady at the first station. They also sell all types of nail items and polishes (gel/sns) that you can stock up on of your a nail salon owner in need of supplies or like to do your own. Best salon in the bronx

Ehhh.. decent job mani looks ok.. for the price not so much. $20 no cuticle oil, a drop of lotion, no hand massage with it and no hot towel. Not necessary for a decent mani but necessary with these prices. Average mani in this area $12-$15 dollars. And no it was not busy i went to the chair right away my mani took 10 minutes because no my hands weren’t a hot mess.

Honestly the attitudes are disgusting. The male and female owners (guy always sitting in the front and women who does nails in the table next to the atm) are always rude , pick and choose who to be nice to customer wise. They hate on their own workers. Only two good nail techs ( the young lady in the first table when you walk in and the young guy at the table all the way in the back ). Don’t even try to complain because you’ll get a dirty look and no solution. It’s either your fault or they will tell you speak up next time and it won’t happen.

3rd time here for services and its always a random experience. Decent atmosphere though a little soft music couldn’t hurt. Prices for supplies are decent. Made an appointment that didn’t matter because they let the walk ins go first, which means all the techs were busy when I arrived. One lady is filing the gel paint off of her own nails. 2 people who have appointments are waiting with 4 walk ins. All 7 techs are busy and will be for another 20 minutes or so. Waiting over a half hour, which pushes my schedule back. Not coming back unless there’s no other options.
