Cleanliness is our top priority Precautions are taken to ensure your safety and protection.Our sterilization and hygiene are sealed in an envelope and sterilized. Our magnetized pedicure tubs prevent bacterial build-up and we use a fresh bath liner for every client. All instruments are sterilized in an autoclave oven and packed in a sterilization pouch after every use. We discard all used buffers, files, pumice stones, flip-flops and toe separators.

I’ve been to Queen Nails twice. Though the first time was by accident (my GPS was routed to Queen rather than Queenie), I came again because they did such a beautiful job the first time.

I went to this place about three times because it is directly next to an apartment I’m renting short term. That’s the only reason I went back more than once. Today was the last time. You can see the ring finger mail has a black speck in it and over all the nails were unimpressive. When I asked Jenny who seems to be the person in charge, she was very rude and doesn’t like when you tell her what you need her to fix with your nails. She cannot handle the truth about her lack of skills with design and shaping of the nails. She rushed through today so much, she did not deserve a tip in my opinion. She told me she cannot so design on dip nails, as if I haven’t been getting dip on my nails for the last five years and know that you can. She simply didn’t want to do it because I didn’t like her design last time and had to keep them very simple in order for her to accomplish it. All in all, this place is beyond basic, with the tortuous elevator music to the lack of skill and ambiance. I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews.

I really loved the service, I was able to get a walk in appointment last minute. Unfortunately though, my nails broke pretty quickly. I got them done on the 1st January and it’s now a week later. I’ve been on vacation from work so I’m not doing anything that would lead to them breaking so fast. The first one popped off about 4 days ago now.

I was looking for a new nail salon after moving to Waltham. I feel like I have found my spot. I like how you can book online and I love the dazzle dry polish. I know you can do this at a lot of places, but the people who work there are very nice. They have also recently upgraded their pedicure/massage chairs, which are awesome. All in all I’ll be back whenever I need my nails done!

I have been coming here for almost a year now and this is by far my favorite place I’ve ever been! I switched from another place because the prices and speed here are insanely better here. She can do a full set of acrylic gel in 45 minutes with two colors, for the same price another salon would but for only one color and not gel. I come in with broken nails all the time and she will fix it for free sometimes. These women are the kindest and most genuine people around. If you are in the Waltham area you have to come here, trust me I’ve been everywhere and nowhere does anyone do exactly what I want and for the price! They never miss.

This was my second time coming to this location and it will definitely be my very LAST. The first time I had my nails done by a a lady named Ketty I believe who was very polite and nice. She did a great job. However, the second time I went I had another lady do my nails and literally was chopping off the corners of my nails with the nail filer and I said it hurts and she said “no it doesn’t”..I said excuse me ? How are you going to tell me it doesn’t hurt when the corner of my nails are turning red.
