So I just moved here and I needed to find a new nail salon. So I shot over to google and started reading reviews on the salons near me. I clicked this one first as it was the closest one to my house, the review actually terrified me. I had no choice the quicker the better. So I went against what the reviews told me, I called made an appointment.

Positive: Quality, ValueI went to Queen Nails today where I got a fill, the technician shaped my nails the way I wanted them and I love them, the only issue I had was that it was extremely busy, and the technician was rushing through, it didn’t feel as personable as I would’ve liked it to be. She kept finding mistakes towards the end because she was rushing through my finger on my left hand has some unevenness to it. But other than that, I think she did a good job. I would just recommend that this place takes their time and doesn’t rush through and make it more personable. I went to Queen Nails today where I got a fill, the technician shaped my nails the way I wanted them and I love them, the only issue I had was that it was extremely busy, and the technician was rushing through, it didn’t feel as personable as I would’ve liked it to be. She kept finding mistakes towards the end because she was rushing through my finger on my left hand has some unevenness to it. But other than that, I think she did a good job. She couldn’t get it off and acted like I was being ridiculous for asking her to take it off my skin. I used to love this place, I won’t be going back.

I was a long time customer of queen nails—however, a bit before Covid they almost doubled their prices. A set I would normally pay 35 for there quickly became 65-70. That is not a crazy price, however I was not receiving that quality. The nail techs are usually rushed, either on their own or by the owner. My nails usually didn’t look like the pictures I showed. My last straw was showing up not looking my best and being treated with more disrespect and also had the owner look at my eyebrows, make a face, and tell me I needed them done and offered her service. It’s not horrible, but there’s much better out there

I went here on 9/2/22 to get a mani. When I walked in no one greeted me and so I should’ve walked out. But nope I sat down and waited to be serviced. Then maybe 5 mins later this lady who happened to be white walked in and they immediately greeted her (hi may we help you? ) So I spoke up and said something!!!! They also do not sanitize their equipment in between usage!!!! Other than that I liked my nails and the lady who did them!!

If i could give this business 0 stars I would. Called ahead and they told me to come in, that they were not busy. When i arrived 15 minutes later there was a lot of people in the waiting room. I asked how long the wait would be (as there was no chairs to sit in and wait) and was told 30 minutes. I came back 30 minutes later and still had to wait another 30 before I was in a chair to get my nails done. The manicure was EXTREMELY rushed (in the chair and paid in 20 minutes….), the woman did not even ask me what I was there for and pulled out fake nails and glue when I never said that was what I wanted, and when I showed her the sample (that they provided) about what color I wanted she did not pay attention and gave me a completely different color saying “they will look the same”. On top of all of that, the manicure was $15+ more expensive then other salons in the area that do a much better job and the whole entire business was extremely dirty. Do not expect anything more from this business. I will never go back or recommend.
