Absolutely horrendous! Instead of the Pedicure I paid $30 for, I had a lesson on the “proper” way to cut my own nails. I left with my nails uneven, sharp and ingrown (2 toes). Basically wasted time because I still need a Pedicure!

It was horrible they filed me real nail off on the side and now it burns and my mom nails is all lopsided and curvy….one of the lady’s forgot to dry my left hand and she whipped her hand over it and the polish went all over my hand and her hand. Just make sure u get someone good to do your nails:)

I been going to queens for so long. I absolutely love them.. I never had a problem with them and I always get compliments on my nails. Ip will definitely get you bad and boujee and on fleek. Ip is very jokeative…. Not your average nail salon you think.. Best nail salon of all.
