Was here for my little boys haircut. Worst imaginable. He had bangs almost reaching his eyes, so I requested a little shorter not to cover his eyes. The lady literally took the Hair clipper, not scissor, and went up from his eye brow as if she’s shaving! And that’s the effect she achieved!! My boys bangs are completely gone and looked like a monk…. I was very upset as you can imagine. She was at least apologetic and said she didn’t realize there was no hair above the forehead (nobody grows hair on their forehead…!!!) Then a guy named Henry swung by and saw me upset and just said because your boy was moving that’s why his haircut is like that. What condescension and nonsense. No. No one cuts bangs by using a clipper to shave upward. no. One. negative stars I’d give if possible for the complete lack of skill and bad attitude from staff. Avoid.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been coming here for 15 years and have never been so unhappy with the service. I left totally unhappy and unsatisfied with my hair color. The hair stylist did nothing to fix it and only stated, she’d charge me more to fix it, after already charging me for the damage she did to my hair. The owner was there and did nothing to mitigate the situation. I usually get Mani-pedis there, by Lisa and she does a great job. I’ve gotten my hair done before, but never had a bad experience. But now they lost a loyal customer and I don’t plan on returning. There are obvious communication and execution problems. Honestly let’s just say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had the people were Tacky and rude the service was terrible my nails look crusty and ugly She was so cheap on the product she used and overcharged me dramatically ,do yourself a favor and never come here it’s so not worth the risk and a terrible atmosphere not to mention overpriced and dissatisfied The lady completely ignored me and spoke over me when I was trying to explain she just does what’s easy for her I did not work to satisfy you
