Critical: QualityI went yesterday to get a fill in. The nail tech was friendly but the quality of my nails is horrible the more and more I look at them I’m very disappointed the side of my nails wasn’t polished the polish is uneven and very very uneven. They do such a great job on the nails. My Nail Tech is a male though and he has not been in the store in such a long time. I believe he moved back to China. I will go there next time for a pedicure. And but if it’s not the same guy, I don’t want anyone else doing my nails so I will stick to the pedicure.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. These have only been on a week $110 wasted.. the guy that did my nails was shaking and rushing the whole time, my nails started lifting after 2 days. When I received my pedicure, the guy didn’t know how to work the water and the water sprayed on my pants between my legs.. the young lady who did my pedicure seemed like she was scared to touch my feet and hardly scubbed my feet, the stones weren’t even warm that she massaged with, and the towels were barely warm. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. These have only been on a week $110 wasted.. the guy that did my nails was shaking and rushing the whole time, my nails started lifting after 2 days. Absolutely hands down the BEST service around!! Called at 630 on a Saturday for me and 3 nine year old girls to get a pedicure after being turned away from another business because they were to busy to fit us in. Said come right on! Got there around 710 & they close at 730 & didn’t care at all we would be making them stay past closing time. We did the jelly spa & hot stones package &; l received gel nails. They treated us with drinks & candy!! All tools were in sanitation packages brand new for each client. They used a beautiful leaf platter with the matching leaf cups filled with the products. They had a massage chair on your back that added for a more restful experience. They upgraded us all to hot stones for free. Took their time to provide a professional and personal experience. Very good service menu to look at on arrival with details. Affordable prices for services. Gave my daughter free nail design & a bottle of lotion! They checked every box and more for a nail salon. I’ve been in so many salons & nail studios & worked in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist so I have seen a vast array of different qualities of establishments &; in 32 years I’ve never been more impressed! I will only go Herr for now on!

I called and asked if they could get my husband and I in for pedicures and they got us in immediately. It was extremely relaxing and both people did amazing jobs. I got a gel polish on top which was done amazingly. We each got the deluxe pedicure with the hot wax and it was only 45 for his and 60 for mine. Will definitely be coming again!
