From the start I knew I would like Rosie just based on her professionalism and communication. Before my appointment she texted and let me know exactly where she was located( picture and all.) When I got there I was greeted by a warm smile, followed by great conversation. Not only did I walk out of there totally impressed with my nails, I walked out with such a great experience overall.
