I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a manicure with shellac and it ended up rounding up to $50 even-though when I called three days prior I was told it would be like $35. The nails were nice all I can say is that they did a decent job, the nails Almost look identical to the reference photo. And in terms of being clean they are a pretty clean location compared to the last owners who would used unsanitary products.

This was my 2nd time going there since Queenie has been there! Every time i go she is so kind and happy, and funny! She’s very professional, and very helpful, cause let me tell you I’m very indecisive when it comes to my nails. First i wanted French then white then clear, all over the place, then i showed her this picture and she knocked it out the park! I love my nails❤️ and my niece loves her nails as well! Oh and the young lady that did my pedicure was also sweet and very professional. I found my new mail spot

This is my first time ever coming to this salon! Let me tell you Queenie is the BEST nail tech I have ever had. She is very sweet , polite and I LOVEE LOVEE MY NAILS SOO MUCH! I needed my nails to breathe so I got my acrylics removed and got gel polish on my own nails and they turned out awesome! New spot ❤️❤️ Thanks Queenie ( also a regular customer that sees Queenie as her nail tech also I appreciate too if you see this because that was very sweet of you to put 30$ towards my nails ❤️ )

The pedicure was fine but the manicure is where things went wrong. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish…or at least that’s what I wanted. The acrylic fill in was too thin and then the guy shaved off just about everything he filled in. I told him I thought it was quite thin but he just dismissed me. The nail polish was applied sloppily and I was done. When I was in my car I noticed my polish was already chipping on one finger so came back to get it fixed. I went to another store and there I noticed my NAIL, actual nail had broken. He had shaved so far down he had actually thinned my nails, forget any acrylic layer! This was my first time here because they were open on a Sunday and they were supposedly cheaper but I’m going to pay to get it redone so it’s ended up being more expensive in cost, time and damage to my nails. To be fair, the owner offered to redo (?the whole thing), but at this point I’ve spent almost 4 hours doing and redoing nails I was just fed up. You really get what you pay for, I suppose. If I can, will add pictures.
