I walked in on a Sunday looking to get my nails removed, all other salons I checked were closed. I’ve never come here before as a local, but the lady’s attention to detail and returning my nails to the best state that she could leave them in was incredible! she touched up my cuticles, reshaped my natural nails, and went far above and beyond what I was expecting! I have never experienced this kind of treatment at a nail shop before. Go here!!!! They are incredible!

I have been there before. This pedicure was terrible. It was fast and incomplete. No warm stones or calf massage. I told her what was missing. She pretend to not understand. I will not be back to Queen in Maple Valley.

Went here once. Will never go again. Could of done a better job myself. They left like 90% of my cuticles even after I asked to please remove more cuticles. Very messy pedicure job. Shellac was peeling off my finger nails less than one week later near the cuticles and I repainted my toe nails myself a week later as well not quality FOR SURE. Waste of time and money
