I had a terrible experience. My nail tech, at table one, was on his phone and not paying attention to my nails. He shaped them wrong. I’m not sure if he didn’t hear me right because he didn’t understand or wasn’t paying attention, but I asked for almond and he shaped them like a coffin. Then when they’re all shaped up and done, I realized they didn’t match up, but he insisted they did. So I just went though it. Then he grabbed a different color instead of what I had and painted them without me realizing! I have pics and whatnot. They’re not the same shape or size on the separate hands. I’m very upset and will NOT ever be coming back there. Now I’ve gotta wait a week before I have the money to fix them.

got my nails done Friday and same day they popped off. Went back to get it corrected they made me pay again . another popped off today , Wednesday and once again they want me to pay again . $45 down the drain because of their mistakes! way to thin and want to tell me it’s because they are longer . I’ve had longer nails for years with no problems until I get to queen nails . Ridiculous and will never recommend!

Worst experience. Will NOT be returning. Owner of solan did my nails.He kept hurting my nails and even cut me twice When I got into my car noticed that my nails where uneven lengths and where different shapes and had black dots in my nails went back in asked if he could fix barely buffed my nails to remove black dots when I said black dots where still there he did not respond and tried to get me to leave when I ask for him to remove my nails and give me a refund he refused and proceeded to raise his voice at me and the other nail techs did as well

I’ve been there before but the last 2 times I had the older guy and the first time a nail or two was titled and not even.Today when I went it was the fastest I’ve ever had done. Amd every nail is a different length and they are not filed round squared like I wanted, more like oval and filed only on one side of my nails. He was more worried bout getting the next lady in my seat that finishing up w me. He didn’t even get all the stuff he filed off from under my nails. Under my finger nails my SKIN is super glued to the nail. He didn’t even make sure the glue was off my skin. I will never go back there. I was hoping for the lady and thats who I thought I was getting but I will spend my money else where!!!
