The older male employee is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I went in to get my nails fixed because after only two days the gel manicure they did was peeling. When he starts to fix them I let him know what I wanted and starts to yell at me. I let him know I wasn’t raising my voice so calm down. He then tells me to shut up! I left without getting them fixed. I never meet someone in a service business so disrespectful and unprofessional to a customer.

Critical: ProfessionalismDidnt deserve 1 STAR! 1ST time experience! When I walked in they screamed at me to wash my hands. No hello, no nothing. I have real nails wanted a manicure. All she did was file and paint my nails no hand lotion. She was on the phone the whole entire time. 1st she was talking on the phone with the speaker on then she was watching a movie. She never spoke to me only to tell me it was going to be 35 dollars let me remind you she only filed and polished my nails. I will never go back in here. I advise you to go to monore. They okay if you are not in a hurry if I had a special event to attend I wouldn’t let them do my nails they put the Polish on too thick takes forever to dry other than that they all right not friendly people not knowing I guess that people keep them in business..

They are very bad I had a hair in one of my nails and one was messed up. They always make me bleed and the man is super rude. He will sit there and watch videos the whole time he does your nails. I would not recommend going there!!

Had manicure and nails polished late Saturday aftetnoon while in Winnsboro. Polished started coming off next day. Went by to ask them to repolish. They refused and we’re very ugly about my asking. Said OPI polish just won’t stay on real nails. I disagreed but to no avail. Refused to do it even for sake of business. I left with them fussing at me!!
