Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe owner Kim has a very nasty attitude. She asked me what services did I want. I told her. I ask was the prices correct on the wall, and she said look in this book, the prices were up to date in the book. When I told her what I wanted, she gave me a different price from the brochure. She got upset and started yelling at me and said the price was before the pandemic in the brochure. She started yelling and said you can just leave if you don’t like it. I would never recommend Queens Nails to anyone. I would not take my dog there. I wasn’t yelling at her, nor talking crazy to her. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!! And didn’t care. The owner Kim has a very nasty attitude. She asked me what services did I want. I told her. I ask was the prices correct on the wall, and she said look in this book, the prices were up to date in the book. When I told her what I wanted, she gave me a different price from the brochure. She got upset and started yelling at me and said the price was before the pandemic in the brochure. She started yelling and said you can just leave if you don’t like it. She called and made an appointment for 2 p.m. They had 3 people starting when they arrived and told them to come back at 5. When they returned at 5, they still had to wait 30 minutes. The woman was very rude and kept saying things like “If it wasn’t so late…” and “I am not happy with this situation.” So basically, they waiting 3 hours, made 2 trips and spent $160 to get chastised by the lady due to her own lack of time management and professionalism. My friend just took our daughters here so the three of them could get manicures. She called and made an appointment for 2 p.m. They had 3 people starting when they arrived and told them to come back at 5. When they returned at 5, they still had to wait 30 minutes.
