This is my nails after a full 7 days! I should’ve read the reviews before going but I know now. $30 bc I got gel. This is so embarrassing. I should’ve waited for the shop next to them to open but I needed my nails done badly and it was a Monday!!!!! I had a feeling this place didn’t do good nails and was correct! next time I’m following my intuition! HORRIBLE!

This was my first time going to this shop. The customer service was horrible. The owner started my nails, the man shaped them, then the younger guy polished them. They had pink polish that was not even applied correctly. How can you mess up a French tip!!!The owner was very rude and refused to fix it and walked off. If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. The shop was very dirty. Worst experience ever

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This place is very dirty and they do not respect their customers.. The customer service was horrible. The owner started my nails, the woman shaped them,. The woman refused to fix my nails after I explained to her how one was shorter than the other. Worst place to go ever…. I believe 100% that they mess your nails, eye brows, lashes ect.. up on purpose. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I got some lashes put on one day in a rush and queen puts glue in your real lashes on purpose so when you try to take them off all your real eyelashes have to get pulled out. The place is so dirty. None of her tools are sterilized. Do not go here you will not leave happy. Their attitude with customers is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced .

Nasty attitude. Soon as you walk in they want to charge you right away. She has messed up my eyebrows 3 times I will not be going back there ever again. Shop is dirty and they aren’t good at doing nails either. Never again. I would never recommend anyone to go here you will be disappointed it’s like throwing your money away.

Horrible service. Queen and her husband are very rude and wants to do your nails any kinda way. I paid $135 for a pedicure and full set. All my nails look different they are supposed to be coffin shaped but they look like bubble tips and their all shaped differently. I promise they better count them 135 very slowly because I would never ever go back

This place is very dirty and unkept, I was in a hurry, however once I walked in I should have known to not even sit down. The lady stopped not once, not twice but three times during the process of doing my nails to go and do three separate peoples eyebrows and eyelashes. I went for a refill and to fix a nail that was broken, my nails had a round shape to them, at this point a man came to shape my nail that was broken. He shaped it to be more of a point which I did not like. He didn’t even clean my cuticle bed and started to polish them which he didn’t even polish the whole nail. He could see I was getting upset and the lady came back to try and fix it and she made it even worse. I regret even going there and then on top of that he tried to charge me $35, I asked for what he stated refill, fix nail and gel polish. I stated I did not ask for gel polish which I ended up paying them $30 which I also regret. IF YOU DON NOT HAVE TO GO HER PLEASE DONT BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACE OR MONEY SPENT!!!!!
