First time there and absolutely loved it. The new owner Danny was great. I showed him a picture with french tips with different colors and he offered to do it exactly as the pic or switch it up a bit. He’s creative and attentive. Gracie did my pedicure with all pink polish and she was great too. Super relaxing environment not crowded, rushed, and hectic like my previous regular nail salon.

Today was my first time coming here, and I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve been to many salons and haven’t been impressed. However, I can gladly say that this was a great experience. I must say, customer service …. EXCELLENT!! I was initially upset because my nails didn’t last. I posted a 1 star review earlier and I am now taking that back. After seeing my review the owner comment saying I can come get them fixed for free. When I got there he was very apologetic and nice (which he was always nice). No issues at all, informed me that they have a 2 week warranty and if anything happens I can come back within those 2 weeks. Very pleased! Many placed wouldn’t offer correction but they did! I’m very pleased!!!

I’ve gone here the last 4 times I’ve gotten my nails done and Dino has been wonderful. They’re very kind and accommodating. I 100% recommend calling for an appointment instead of trying to walk in since they really respect their clients appointment times.

This place is the best!! I needed two pedicures and didn’t have an appointment. They got us right in and were very accommodating with my father, who is 82 and uses a walker. Very kind and gentle techs there was no overwhelming smell in the air, it was quiet and no step up to put our feet in the water. My dad was super happy This will be our new place from now on. Thank you for being so kind!!!

I got a no chip manicure and it chipped on the first day. Called and went back to get one nail fixed and two more chipped the next day. You would think I was taking a hammer to my nails. I have literally been doing basic everyday activities. I have never had a no chip done so horribly. I will not be going back.

Queen Nails is awesome! I walked in and it was so clean, open and bright. The staff are super friendly. Jessica was so sweet and she did a great job fixing the tragedy that was my butchered toe nails. 10 out of 10 recommend this place.
