I made an appointment for Saturday and upon arriving I checked in and quickly after Jessica took care of me. This was great because most places make you wait a lot even having an appointment. I haven’t done my nails in a long time so I wanted something different. I brought a few designs that were a little complicated and she delivered. She gave me exactly the shape and length I asked for and the design was beautiful. I will come back for sure.

I went in for a set of acrylic nails today. My nail tech, Ben, did an absolutely amazing job! They are super pretty, and just what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back and having Ben do my nails again in the future. The owner, Hannah, was also very nice. They have very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

One of the worst nail experiences. Asked for acrylic with gel polish but she decided to just give me dip instead and I’ve never gotten dip before so I realized too late. Super unprofessional staff and my nails are crooked and lumpy despite me pointing it out. They also started to turn yellow immediately and I had to have them removed the very next day. Had to pay a different salon another $70 to remove them and get what I actually asked for.

Wow I’m so impressed and that’s saying a lot! I only write reviews if the product is excellent and service is good! OK service I had to wait like 10 minutes at the max. Oh I didn’t have an appointment. I met Jessica for the first time. I moved from California and I thought I liked my nail girl until I met Jessica! Jessica is a perfectionist and she does an excellent job and to top it off I got and hand massage! 5 star!

I had booked an appointment for 3:30 and felt as if my nail tech rushed and paid little attention to detail. I pointed out a few things I had liked to be fixed (one of which was a divot on the side of my nail) and was told to come back when it breaks. I was then charged for another nail that had fallen off from the last set, which ended up being crooked and significantly shorter than the others. My first two experiences here were perfect! They have reasonable prices and are pretty timely. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my last experience. I had booked an appointment for 3:30 and felt as if my nail tech rushed and paid little attention to detail. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because my previous experiences were decent. My most recent and last visit is another story. First of all, and this has happened every time I’ve been there- they don’t even acknowledge you much less greet you when you come in, after a few minutes someone would yell “can I help you” from across the room in a tone of voice that doesn’t sound like they want to help or provide a paid service at all. Also, even if you make an appointment the wait time it’s ridiculously long, after waiting so long the least I want is the technician to question my choice of design and color which they did this last time. I was there for an acrylic fill and he complained I had waited too long to get the fill, uhm excuse me for having a challenging work schedule, he was also on his phone a lot while working on my nails, super unprofessional (I wish I had a job where I could be on my phone while servicing a client) I went with the design and gel/no chip color he suggested cause at that point and after waiting so long I wanted to be agreeable since apparently it was such an inconvenience to him that I had waited too long to go. I ended up paying more than when they did the full set. Once I got home I noticed how badly and unevenly the color had been applied even missing some spots. I went on a Thursday and today (the following Tuesday) I already had a chip, my acrylic nails never chip with regular polish! I called and asked if they could fix it and the lady said to come in anytime. I went in and she “fixed” 2 of my nails, the one with the chip and one most noticeably missing color. Please refer to my photo taken just now barely 5 hours after she fixed the chip.

The salon is extremely clean, organized and friendly. Hannah is always pleasant to talk to the few times I’ve visited the salon and just most recently Jenny did an amazing job with my no chip manicure. Thank you for the great care and customer service. It is appreciated. Manicure, Pedicure

They do amazing nails most of the time, I don’t know what happened this time, maybe the holiday weekend or my nail tech was just super busy and burnt out. This was my first time back since March and my appointment was at 3:30, I got there at 3:20 and they didn’t even start my nails until 4:30. The nails are still cute but not what I asked for/showed her. I’m mainly upset with waiting an hour after making an appointment two days prior. Tell me to come later or don’t even do appointments. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait anyways.
