Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI used to come here often. I recently went back and It was interesting. The stuff was very nice but once I sat down I noticed how everything was a little dirty. The guy that did my nails ended up getting the polish everywhere and didn’t really try to get it off. My daughter had someone else and he did a great job on hers. I used to come here often. I recently went back and It was interesting. The stuff was very nice but once I sat down I noticed how everything was a little dirty. The guy that did my nails ended up getting the polish everywhere and didn’t really try to get it off. My daughter had someone else and he did a great job on hers. Later she took a shower and half the polish came off. Sad after 60 dollars that happened.

Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityEver since Mike left this place has gotten horrible. Appointments are pushed back from allowing walkins instead of honoring appointments.Nail pieces are all over. Not sure how disinfected things are because nothing is washed or sprayed between people.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismIn 2018 I went to get a pedicure for a wedding. I am on my feet a lot and have very callused heels. The woman who did my feet was very elderly and harsh. She scolded me for my heels and shamed me in front of other costumers. She angrily went to the magazines, ripped a few pages out and sat back down. She used the pages to catch the dead skin from my heels. Once she was done she proceeded to show everyone around us the remains of my heels on the pages. I was humiliated. I sat in the chair for the rest of the time crying. I have had good experiences before this and loved the other workers. In 2018 I went to get a pedicure for a wedding. I am on my feet a lot and have very callused heels. The woman who did my feet was very elderly and harsh.
