Beautiful color selection, but the service was below the bar. Way below the bR. The manthat did my nails had zero patience, got overwhelmed with me and ditched for the other worker to pick up and finish my nails. The simple design wasn’t completed. Lately they haven’t been providing the high quality I’ve come to expect. The service is still good and my nails look good but there’s a few nitpicky things that bother me. My nails have large bumps on them where the gel color pooled, my fingers hurt from the rough treatment they gave them, and I was cut three times.

Was rushed. Called before I came in to make sure they weren’t busy and how much everything would cost. When I arrived I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they’d do it. They did not push back my cuticles when doing the gel nails at all so it already looks like I need a fill! They did the wrong shape and when I pointed it out (before they were painted) they said it was to late and proceeded to do my nails wrong. When it was time to pay I was upcharged randomly $10?! I paid and left after being there almost 2 hours! Will not be coming back. The one good thing I will say is they had lots of color choices.

If there was a 0 star rating I would of chosen that. Please don’t go here. The man is so rude. He was laughing at my wife. We asked him to fix her gel pedicure because it was chipping and he was glaring at her. He told her he will never fix it again and blamed that she did it purposely. He was FORCEFULLY GRABBING HER FEET! He was shaking her foot and telling her stop moving when she can’t help her legs moving from medical issues. My wife walked out crying 2 times now because of how MEAN he was! Please go to Q Nails in Marshfield instead.

She was born with one hand so she only gets one set of nails, which every other nail salon has done for her with no problem. But this place refused and made her pay full price for only doing one hand. Not saying she deserves hand outs but the way they treated her and their general attitude towards her was not what you want in a workplace. My girlfriend had an appointment yesterday at 12 and wasn’t helped until 12:30. No big deal…but they treated her poorly. She was born with one hand so she only gets one set of nails, which every other nail salon has done for her with no problem. But this place refused and made her pay full price for only doing one hand. Always the sweetest whenever I go in, even remembered me when I went back which felt super welcoming loved my acrylics Everytime I went and they lasted for about 2 weeks, and I work with my hands a lot for my job so they’re sturdy as well. 10/10
