Hour wait, which would be fine if they told you. Asked for an ombre and they weren’t able to blend it, so it looked terrible. I then asked for them to paint the ombre nails a solid color to get rid of the gross attempt at ombre. I would have gladly done dip to get the ombre effect. Nails turned out very lumpy with air bubbles and thumb has black specks in it, so now I am sitting at a different nail salon waiting to take these off and get new nails done. I am really disappointed.

I usually travel across town to my regular nail salon, however I was on a time crunch so I decided to visit Queen Nails. I was welcomed with friendly service, and when they saw I was uncertain about my color selection, they asked what I liked and made a few suggestions. We landed on a fall ombré and OH MY GOODNESS! They did such an incredible job! The quality of care they took with my nails, was exceptional. She took pride in her work and it showed! I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Queen Nails designs beautiful nails and I always leave feeling satisfied with how they look. Although, I don’t much care for their professionalism. They rush your nails sometimes and don’t always ask before they do something. When I go to a Nail Place, I like when they talk to me and have good manners. I haven’t seen much of this. But I guess what matters most, are the quality of nails, which are great.

T the owner said no refund and I can come in and get it fix. So but the theirs day I only had five nails left. So I go in and the only thing she did was take the remaining five of and wanted me to pay to get them re done. So I lost out on 60 bucks and 10 dollar for her too. Have nails on for two dam days.
