Amazing service. So happy with my nails. I love how they have so many different services. They do walk ins as well! I got a mimosa and the glass in came in was soooo beautiful. It was a rose shaped class and the drink was in the bud of the rose, I wish I had gotten a picture. Definitely will be coming back!

I have been to Queen nails a few times now and am always pretty pleased with how my nails come out. I don’t normally make an appointment and can walk in on a week day afternoon and maybe wait 5 minutes before being sat down. They do a good job listening to what you request and are helpful when you show photos too! Gel manicures

The Illinois Rd location is a mess. The manicure tables are literally covered in junk and debris from a week’s worth of fills. The chairs beat up, it all just felt ironically unpolished and looked nothing like the website photos. There were so many piles of cookies and nail polish I couldn’t believe they were even seating people in these chairs then charging $40 for a fill that was painted poorly, took an hour and was chipping away within 2 days. I won’t be back. The whole scene felt like the owner was away.

My first time visiting Queen Nails was with my daughter and it was fabulous! The manager greeted us at the door and we were whisked into comfortable massage chairs, offered drinks, and made to feel right at home. A variety of nail services are offered at reasonable prices and my feet were beautiful when I left.

Walked in today and got my nails drip they are beautiful, but 3 of my finger nails the color is already chipped and lifting. And the price I payed they shouldn’t be doing this within 3 hours of having them done.

I used to love Queen Nails and went here since the day they opened and recommended to all of my friends. They have switched to cheaper products that don’t stay on as well. My nail dip never lasts even a week anymore with the cheaper products . They are now more rushed when doing your nails and instead of correct cuticle care they just shave it all including cutting skin. It’s also so unprofessional with the employees laying and sleeping on all of the furniture with fast food and talking on the phone their whole session. I don’t know how they get away with giving free alcohol and not carding anyone . It used to be a good relaxing place to go but it has definitely gone downhill.

I went to Quen nails to have acrylic over lay and new polish. within 3 days 6 of my nails were already lifting off the nail. I called to let them know and they told me to come in so I did. they wanted to charge me again for a new set. also a person I was with had a new set put on and all of hers lifted off with in a week. they did not prep my nails right. worst job I have ever had with getting my nails done

I just got my nails done by I believe soey or zoey, she was absolutely so sweet and I had amazing conversation the whole time!! She was very gentle and i came in late and she still took me and stayed 35 minutes over. She did such a good job! I will definitely be asking for her again!

Every time I ask for a French pedicure they turn out horrible. I have given this place so many chances with the different technicians but they all suck. I am in search of true professionals if someone has any recommendations.
