Positive: QualityThe nail salon I normally use is no longer in business. With my wedding coming up this weekend, I was nervous to try a new salon. My friend recommended Queen Nails. I was able to walk in without having to wait. The girl who did my nails was super nice. I love how she took her time & was detail oriented. The nail salon I normally use is no longer in business. With my wedding coming up this weekend, I was nervous to try a new salon. My friend recommended Queen Nails. I was able to walk in without having to wait. The girl who did my nails was super nice. I love how she took her time & was detail oriented. This is the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten & I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Critical: QualityVery rude people, they talk in their own language in front of you, it’s obvious they are talking bad about you. I called in to have my nails done and the lady said I could come now. So after an hour of waiting a man comes to do my nails and I said I would prefer that a lady works on me ( because my religion) and she simply yelled from a distance we can not do your nails, and didn’t care at all. Very rude people, they talk in their own language in front of you, it’s obvious they are talking bad about you. I called in to have my nails done and the lady said I could come now. So after an hour of waiting a man comes to do my nails and I said I would prefer that a lady works on me ( because my religion) and she simply yelled from a distance we can not do your nails, and didn’t care at all. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWALK INS ARE NOT WELCOME!!! Do NOT be deceived by the sign on the door! Yesterday at 4:15 I was immediately rushed right back out of the door upon entry, yet the closing time is 7:00! There were only two clients being serviced, but I was told that the next clients had not yet been called to come in. I only need one nail repaired. The “nice” lady told me to come back tomorrow. I returned today at 5:00 and the door was locked. Again, closing time states 7:00 and there were people inside looking at me while trying to open the door. I called the nail salon when I returned to the car to explain that I was told to return today. I was then told to come back in the morning. I advised the nice lady that answered the phone that they should remove the walk ins welcome sign to prevent any confusion in the future.WALK INS ARE NOT WELCOME!!!
