I have went to this place for a couple years now and always have a very positive experience! Peter is usually the one to do my nails and is very good at getting the job done well and quickly. Sometimes I come in with a complicated design, but he always gives it his best, and never fails to make them look great. I have never had a bad experience here and they are all very friendly, prices also aren’t too terrible.

I went in with a design in mind had to go out with something else. I showed them what I wanted and they refused to do it and didnt even give me an alternative. I usually show them pictures of the concept I want and let the nail artists have creative freedom. Whoever they flat out refused for one of the most simple design i’ve ever picked. If you are looking to get something thats not plain, this is not the place to go. However if youre looking for something simple this place is great; they do a good job and have good pricing.

Best Nail Salon in Powell! I have been here so many times and love it more and more every time I come! Trish is amazing! everyone is extremely friendly and take their time to prove a relaxing experience. I have referred several friends to this salon and everyone is hooked! This is the best pedicure in town! I will never go anywhere else! I would give them 10 stars!

I had a fantastic experience at Queen Nails! I looked online at the reviews in my area and based on those I decided to try it. I was greeted promptly when I walked in (later when they got busy, someone came in and one of the gals yelled from the back “How can I help you.” I don’t think the customer heard her, or just changed her mind, so she walked out). My nail tech was “Hung” and he was an absolute perfectionist! It took me an hour for a gel polish change, but the thoroughness and the care he gave each finger made it absolutely worth it! I think these nails will last me forever! I gave him a full 20% tip and my bill was still less than some people charge for a regular gel polish change. I will definitely be coming back!

I went for a pedicure in May 2019 and had to wait 45 minutes to an hour, but I didn’t have an appointment and the nail tech did a great job. So I decided to go back today for a dipping powder manicure. I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have the same issue as last time, but I received literally the worst “manicure” I’ve ever had. 1 – she didn’t even give me a manicure. No cuticle trimming, no soaking, massage, lotion, nothing. 2 – I’ve given myself better looking manicures, and it looks like 2 year old painted my nails when I do it myself. There is polish all over my skin, in several places my nail was basically glued to my skin, etc. I wasted $40, should have paid the $5 more to go to Rainbow Nails.
