I had Ryan as my tech. My nails were all uneven, in thickness, length, and shape. I trimmed them and reshaped them as soon as I got home. I was rushed to wash my hands as soon as I checked in when I was trying to ask the person accompanying me a question. I had a black and ultra light pink ombré on stiletto. There are dots of unmixed acrylic on my nails, nothing is well blended. He answered a call midway through doing my nails and sat on it for about 10 minutes while not doing my nails. They added gel without asking which uncharged it . I was charged $80 for a full set that looked awful. Never going back. Bad service, bad prices

I had no appointment, just walked-in and they got started right away! Kristen did an amazing job, she would keep making sure I was happy with how the nails were turning out. She exceeded my expectations! Prettiest nails I’ve ever seen 🙂

Disclaimer: I’m a very picky nail gal so once I came to Queen Nails and was told they only accept by appointments, I knew this place for me. I had dip powder nails and spa pedicure with Vicky and Lynn and they both went above and beyond to give me gorgeous looks (see pics below)❣️I never had to wait and they always finished on time ⏰, I’m a mom of a newborn so this matters to me And lastly, they have a wide assortment of different colors, match sets and techniques to satisfy any nail queen ! They did a really nice job of making a more “natural looking” tip with acrylic. I only got a fill, had my new set done somewhere else, but they came out perfect at the cuticle! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they were initially a little rude when I was trying to explain exactly how I wanted them, “not too thick”. I’m a super picky customer when I get tips on, so I’d probably get annoyed with me too. Anyway, they know what they are doing! I would 100% go back and recommend this place!! I think they are only by appointment now, not sure.

I had the most horrible customers service. Vicky was so incredibly rude. I’m in the beauty industry and I would never treat a client the way they did to me. I had a minor fix I needed, called about it and described what I needed, they told me to come in the next day and it would be no problem. I came in the next day, described to the front desk what I needed, Vicky who knew what I needed saw me and asked if I could wait till she was done with her next client. I said sure no problem. After an hour of waiting they said they didn’t have time to fix me, after going back and forth Vicky did fix me but then charged me an additional $40.

I had an appointment made and unfortunately had a big family emergency and had to cancel unexpectedly. I had the most inconsiderate and rude female answer the phone and had the audacity to tell me that they expect a cancellation to be made at least 24 hours prior. Which I totally understand that, but having a last minute family emergency should have been enough to understand and not be so rude over the phone. Then she hung up on me even though I told her I wanted to reschedule. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel like all they care about is money.

Was “helped” by stylist Happy and was horribly disappointed. She was very inconsiderate. Came in for an appointment for nails that only stayed on for 3 days. Upon returning to fix the issue, she continued to blame me for the nails coming off. She continuously complained while fixing the issue she created by being careless during the 1st appointment. While waiting to get the issue fixed 3 other employees who were finished with their customers never stepped up to help remedy the issue. I waited over an hour after being told I could walk in and have this issue fixed. Will not be returning to this business
