Queen Nails

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI have been going to Queen every January for the last few years. I have moved here full time so I am looking to be a steady customer. I have Gel nails with no chip polish. I have gone 4 times and each time my nails have not been bad. After a day they start to chip. After one week all my nails are chipped. When I tried to explain last time what was wrong with my nail, the tech had an attitude. I made appointment and they will take walk ins and have you wait. I have been going to Queen every January for the last few years. I have moved here full time so I am looking to be a steady customer. I have Gel nails with no chip polish. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueVery clean and super nice staff! They paid great attention to us, and our nails really do look amazing! The pedicure chairs look new and are super comfortable. The space looks clean, and you can see cleaning products on counters for when guests leave. Will definitely be back!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I needed a quick fix on one nail and read reviews. I decided Queen Nails was the place to go. Kim was very nice and did an amazing job not only correcting the one bad nail but making all the rest look great too which will take me through my trip back home. Excellent pricing and super quality work. Clean establishment! Highly recommend. As an out of towner, it is always a bit worrisome to have someone other than your own home nail tech do your nails. I needed a quick fix on one nail and read reviews. I decided Queen Nails was the place to go. Kim was very nice and did an amazing job not only correcting the one bad nail but making all the rest look great too which will take me through my trip back home.
