Danny is nice. The technique isn’t good. A client should actually have a manicure before the other work is done. Cleaning of the nail, smoothing and clipping off dead skin. None of that was done. He didn’t soak my dip coat off. He dug under the dip coat with a nail file. It didn’t hurt but he broke my nails. I had to wait an hour after my dip manicure to receive a pedicure. There were only 4 techs there. The pedicure technician was nice and didn’t talk to me at all (I like to relax during a Pedi) but she wasn’t good at polishing my toes. The ventilation in the place is poor so if you choose this place, I suggest double masking. I chose glitter dip, pretty but not great. The clear coat is already dull and chipping. Where I am from the dip is expensive but it lasts 3 weeks before it starts chipping. I am less than four days in with one and it’s just okay. I won’t go there again.

Service is extremely poor. The waiting period is forever. I have never encounter a nails spa with this type of environment. Rest room and nail spa dirty as if it was never cleaned. Very unprofessional, I would never recommend here to no one. Pedicure

These guys are the best. I’ve been privileged to have had each of them do my nails at different times and I must say they’re great. Jennifer does my pedicure and let me tell you, my feet feel brand new all the time. You can get your eyebrow and lashes done there also, I’ve never done it though but from what I can see they do a good job. Great job guys.

I love this salon. They are more than happy to design my sometimes corky nails. I work in a restaurant so my nails are constantly taking a beating and they still generally last 2 weeks, if not longer. So glad I found you, Queen Nails!

This nail salon is dirty, outdated and ghetto, however, I wouldn’t consider this place to be ghetto because of the demographic of people they service, but rather the lack of professionalism from the nail techs that work there. They will not greet you when you walk in the door. Prices do not match the board. Each nail tech will give you a different price depending on who you are. The owners and nail techs do not like black people. They simply tolerate us because the location is convenient for them to make money. Although there is one Haitian lady that work there, she is employed there because the area’s culture demographic is mostly Caribbean-Americans and they need a token black person to translate. Spend your money where you are appreciated, respected and valued. This nail salon is not it!
