I recently moved to Palm Bay and still in need of a good nail tech. This place is clean and nice to look at, that’s the additional star. I had a male nail technician, he was so rough and made me bleed during the manicure but didn’t say anything about it (you can see it in one of the photos). His work was sloppy and he wasn’t doing a good job shaping so I was directing him. He was clearly annoyed and started complaining in Vietnamese with another nail tech next to him. I asked for him to clean up under the nails, since I did acrylic with a tip and he barely did it until I told him to redo a nail. It cost $58, which would be cheap if he did a good job but now I just have nails I don’t like to stare for 2 weeks. I even showed him a reference photo and of course he said he could do a good job, not worth the drive.

I have gone to Queen Nails throughout the years, before and after their remodel. The building has been remodeled amazingly and I love their secluded spot for when you want your kids to get their toenails painted/pedicures at. The last couple of timesI have went, the pedicures were always great which is why I give a 2 star, but when it comes to full set/fills it hasn’t been great. The gentleman who did my nails this time is the reason I unfortunately will not return… He wasn’t very knowledgeable through the application process as he tried to file my nails while the glue wasn’t dry and the acrylic wasn’t even over my nail and he realized it after one of the nails went right off.. My nails are then not shaped the same as some are squared and others are more coffin. I had to also ask him to get the corners and under my nails as this wasn’t done. Overall sloppy work with application, acrylic, and painting.. I’m not happy at all and upset my money went towards this.

This was my first time coming here and it did not disappoint. Kourtney was my nail tech and she did amazing! She always checked with me and made sure everything was how I wanted it along every step. She is also very quick, I was in there for less than an hour for a whole set of french tip acrylics and a design. Will definitely be returning!

Great atmosphere and the air quality inside is most always fresh, not overwhelming with nail chemical smell. 4 stars because random artists can be hit or miss for nails while pedicures are always amazing. I’m basic powder nails, tips if I’ve broken one.
