I don’t really understand this place. So I went here as a walk in 2 weeks ago and go a gel mani/Pedi and it was all good. I. Ame back on Fri 2 weeks later to get the same and when I walked in I was asked if I had an appt. I said no and I was told they are by appt only. I’m not inset about that I’m just wondering why I wasn’t told that the first visit a d I would have made an appt. So I get home and call to make an appt and the man there tells me I have to go to the website ro make any appt. When I asked what the site was he said Google it like you did the number. That was super rude and I was over it at that point. I went somewhere else. Overall poor customer service will make sure I never go back there.

We had a Great experience! They only take appointments! Which is great. We my 88 year old mother and me. The salon was so clean and organized. I stress Clean!Staff so nice. Showed me how to use the appointment app. Wonderful place. They gave us quality time! Loved our manicure and pedicure. Will definitely be back!!!

I have had to go to Gainesville to my old salon to get my nails done. This salon is wonderful. It is very peaceful and I love the fact it is appointment only for the most part. I asked if they did hard builder gel, he picked up the jar and said, “this?”, I said yes. Then he tells me he has it but they don’t do that. He said they only use it to put on gems. I told him I only wanted a thin layer painted on my nails before the gel polish but he said he wouldn’t do it.
