Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I went there today as a walkin. It was 1030. There were two customers being attended to and one waiting. No problem. The one tech called me after about 15min. Very, very pleasant. They were actually talking to their clients instead of each other. The nail shop bu Walmart on Irby never engage eith clients snd thst is why I looked for another place to give my business to. Place was clean as well. The tech, not Rita could not do what I needed done timely do she asked if I didnt mind, having Rita do it. So I said okay snd waited another 15 min. Rita had to finish up her client, yske the other client waiting on a mani, start another lafy and myself. 3 people. She was zipping around trying to please evetybody. The one mani client wad stating she needed to leave and was inpatient. I waited pn Rita patiently. So she had me, finished up the one nail lady. And pedi chic. Not only was she respectful, she did mh nails beautifully. Fast and even cleaned them underneath. The other plscr by Walmart, 3 visits the never did. She did it without asking. Rita is awesome. She could work in Atlanta. That is where I moved from. She has my business. I have since gone back for a fill end of March. Rita as usual was swamped so i took a chance with one of the male techs. He was really nice. He could not get the white powder application done correctly. His son helped. He then finished. My nail that I had replaced came off a day later. My fill has fill lines. Nice man but paying 40 dollars for a fill and repair and it did not last a day is not good. I called and had to wait another week to see Rita. It has now been over an hour. My appointment was 430. This is it for me. She is great and staff is nice but not worth long wait times and not technically sound nail techs.Service: ManicureSo I went there today as a walkin. It was 1030. So I went there today as a walkin. It was 1030. There were two customers being attended to and one waiting. No problem. The one tech called me after about 15min. Very, very pleasant. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI didnt have an appointment and it was my first time here but I was immediately greeted and got a full set. She was nice and pleasant to talk with. Took about an hour with my wait and a full set with eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows have never looked better and when my nails need a touch up ill be back!

Critical: PunctualityLast week March 25, 2021. I went in as a walk in for a fill. I had previously had a great experience with Rita. She did a full set about 3 – weeks prior to this visit. Because I had not scheduled an appointment for this fill and repair, I understood I would have a wait on the next available tech. I waited about 30 min probably and the older male took me. He was really nice, really sweet man. He did the fill portion first and thought he could repair my thumb nail. I didn’t think so after he started nor did he. I have white tip nails for the record. After the failed repair, we decided to replace it. He obviously chose the wrong powder and had to have his son help him with my nail. So his son did the white powder and it looked good. The dad then took over to apply the top coating and do my fill. They looked okay but I did not like the fact I could see the fill line. I was not going to stay any longer and he tried is how I felt so I left. The very next day I noticed my thumbnail was lifting and had a cracked line across it. By the end of the day, the nail came completely off. I called the shop the next day to try and get an appointment. I spoke with Rita she said she was full until next week. I hated to wait that long but I SCHEDULED for today with HER. So, I arrive at 4:15 for a 4:30 appt. The older gentleman asked if he could help and I said I was there for Rita. In the meantime she is working on 3 people. I wait and wait, 3 more people come in. She say’s be right with you. A woman for brows also comes in . All for her and the other two have clients as well. It is now 545 she comes over to me and ask me what I am there for. She never looks at her appt book. I tell her and show her my missing thumbnail. She said, “No fill” I said , NO, I just got a fill last week. She say’s, go my table. I go to her table. There are three ladies at the pedicure and then she sends over the one lady she just finished her nails and sat down to do her feet. I jumped out that chair and politely left. UNBELIEVABLE. She does fabulous work but she is too money hungry at the detriment of her clients. Her staff are not as skilled as they should be which is why everyone wants her. She needs to stop accepting all these clients and her APPOINTMENT IS WAITING FOR HER. i WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. IF I have to make a trip to Atlanta to get quality care, I will.
