I visited the business over the weekend. I requested a fill in for dip powder on my natural nails. The nail tech was sweet. I tipped her $15 on a sixty dollar tab. When I stepped outside and look at my nails in the natural light, I noticed that I could see may natural nail under the powder dipping. I informed the manager that I was not satisfied with it as the color displayed and advertised was not translucent. She was very rude…rolling her eyes and being very nonchalant with me.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a couple years so I wanted to get them done for my birthday (July 12) next week. Usually i’ll go to Kings Nails in Columbia but I live in Winnsboro now so i wanted to give Queen nails (the only nails place in town) a chance. I looked up the reviews and it was nothing but good . So I called this morning to see if they were busy, they said no. I left right after the phone call , 10:16 am. I get there and everyone is working with someone and there’s 2 women in front of me… okay no biggie, i’ll wait. 20 mins go by and they take both of the ladies at the same time roughly. I’m thinking i should be up next cause i’m next in line, wrong. Two ladies have left and there’s a free nail tech available. This yt lady comes in after i have been waiting for an hour at this point, and gets sitted before i do; They start wrapping her nails in acetone then starts on her toes. One of the other ladies saw i was getting restless and told me ” someone will be with you shortly.” Well shortly after she said that I left. VERY disappointing first and last visit. DO BETTER !

Rude. Refuse to acknowledge customer concerns. Small community business owners have the opportunity to keep business IN town but loose it when they are insensitive and incapable of listening to a paying customer who ask for a correction without refund.
