I arrived inside of the salon at 6:05 pm, I was immediately greeted by the nail tech who was servicing a client, she asked me how could she help me. I replied I wanted a pedicure, she then spoke to the one woman near the back by the pedicure chairs, who responded back to her. I was then told, they were closed..mind you, there was already one woman sitting in one of the chairs..I replied, your sign says you close at 7, she then said they closed early. Their advertisement says they close at 7pm. I will never come here again, if I could have given them no stars, I would have.

I have been going here for years since they first opened, I think maybe 12 years ago. They are the best nail shop ever. Customer service is excellent, the job they do is superb. I will never go anyplace else for manicure and pedicure in Raleigh. They go above and beyond service and customer service, and that shoulder massage is to die for. They know what they are doing and I love this place! Queen Nails Rock!

I use Queen Nails for most of my mani-pedis and they have always done a great job. Sometimes it’s hard to get an appt as they had to cut back on employees during covid. Just call ahead and they can usually get you in.

Simply the best! I never get a bad manicure there. The owners are delightful and always remember my name. All the manicurists are excellent. As a result, they are very popular, so it’s best to make an appointment. That said, they will try to work you in.

I went to Queen Nails for the first time because my usual nail salon downtown hasn’t been doing a good job lately. Queen Nails was fabulous! They took their time, they were so friendly, and my nails have lasted for 3 weeks without chipping! I definitely recommend them. Make an appointment if you can, because they have a loyal band of customers!

Now this is what I expect from a nail salon! I decided to give Queen Nails a try for a special birthday treat. I got a gel manicure and a classic pedicure. The gel manicure included a paraffin wax and I also received a relaxing massage. Hannah was my nail technician and she was so kind and thorough! I appreciated that she made conversation with me and didn’t simply ignore me like other salons I’ve been to. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 1 so I have not experienced this place when it’s super busy like other reviewers have mentioned. All in all I enjoyed my relaxing spa afternoon for 2 hours. Tip: Do not come here if you’re in a hurry. Make sure to set at least 2 hours aside if you’re getting hands and feet done. I definitely will be back.

Today is my first time here, 5.26.18: I chose Queen Nails because I read the reviews and although some were bad I decided to go with the folks that had a great experience. I took my chances and came in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted very nicely and then was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. I started to get a little anxious thinking that I would be turned away. She looked through the appointment book and yaay…although they were booked, she was able to get me in before her first appointment! I have to say…job well done Nellie! You were amazing, kind, funny, sweet, a joy to talk to and you made my first time quite a pleasant experience! They were all professional and wonderful, no complaints! Five stars easily!

Not the fanciest place, but probably the best mani/pedi service I’ve had in a very long time. The gel manicure comes with a paraffin wax treatment and a shoulder massage, and the pedicure includes a great foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised by this and my nails look great! Both ladies took extra time with my cuticles, which is much appreciated. I’ll definitely return here.
