I come here for 2 reasons. It seems to be the only place where my gel manicure last a whole month & the exceptional customer service! I went in because I accidentally chipped one of my nails. She ended up making my whole hand look brand new. Every time I come the customer service is great and they treat you so good. Let’s not forget the fact that they are actually talented at what they do. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done.

Long story short, my nail tech was on a personal call the whole time of my service. She ended up cutting my skin badly with the nail clipper (I was bleeding she didn’t even notice until I told her.) She painted my nails bad!!!! I could have just done this at home. Very upsetting. She wasn’t paying attention at all. Never coming back here. You get what you pay for.

I came to this nail salon to treat myself with a pedicure and manicure after a long week but left worried about my health for a possible blood borne infection through a nail injury. I am in a healthcare field. When I sat down to have a manicure done, I realized the desk was dirty. I started scanning the room. The glass window and the door windows were also dirty. My instict told me to leave but I stayed. I usually have my own nail file but not this time and when I saw the manicurist use an old file I asked her if I could buy a new one and she got a new file for me. Now, never saw her open a new manicure set. She was using a cuticle cutter she got from her drawer. I was wondering if it was autoclaved or not. I assured myself may be it was sitting in alcohol. She cut my cuticles and was bleeding. Then I asked her if the cuticle cutter was used by someone else before me as I never saw her open a new pack. They all became defensive. They said she used a new one. The tray she was using was already open in her drawer. Then they said she put it in her drawer before I came to the salon. To add an insult to the situation, they offered me $ 5 discount. Really? Do they think 5 dollar will cure life long blood born infections like Hep B and HIV etc. If you you see a manicurist use nail utensils that are already open run.

Very detail oriented and professional!! I went in doubt for acrylic pedicure but came out happy and satisfied with my feet. I am giving 4 stars and not 5 stars because wait time is insane. They are short of staff which makes people sit there and wait even tho I had an appointment, I waited 15-20 minutes before they got me started.
